Their situation worrying, therefore, providing a good protection to them and creating a fair social environment will be of great benefit for us to the building of a harmonious society. In order to improve the situation, this paper analyses the problems and the shortages appearing in our current legal regime and gives some advice to these problems from the angle of the law. That is, we should make efforts to renew our attention and protection to the vulnerable people through the legislation as well as some relevant systems establishment. Improving the legal system towards those people will be one essential work to our country in the coming future.
