It contains lots of new technologies such as the electronic, mechanical, optical, computer technology, communication technology, biotechnology, and so on. It is an effective measures to achieve the goal of implementing safety management at the inward and outward of important departments. This paper describes a control programs of SCM as the core of AT89C52 to achieve the design and implementation of the Intelligent Entrance Guard System, through a combination of software and hardware,and the combine of some softwares as Protel, Keil and Protues, wo can complete a series of functions as opening the lock, changing passwords, alarmming of the Intelligent Entrance Guard System.
