基于PLC的消防给水泵 控制系统设计 作者姓名: 古晓龙 专业名称: 电子测量技术与仪器 指导老师: 闫智武 讲师 摘 要 现在,城市火灾、森林火灾出现的频率较高,怎样才能减少损失,消防部门责任较大,因此研究高效能的消防给水泵控制系统可以减少财产损失,具有一定的实际应用价值。 本论文叙述了用西门子S7-200型PLC实现对消防水泵知道控制的方法。用PLC实现对消防水泵的控制,简化系统的结构和配线,提高了系统的可靠性,并且增加了传统继电器控制系统无法实现的定期主备互投和自动测试功能。 本文介绍了以可编程逻辑控制器为核心的控制系统,并对其工作原理、硬件设计、软件设计进行重点阐述,从而对传统的消防给水泵系统进行改造,可以有效的解决以前系统故障率高、可靠性差、能源浪费严重等一系列问题。同时,系统具有自动和手动两种控制方式,便于对系统进行维护修理,提高效率,实现自动化消防给水。 日用消防水泵房控制系统采用计算机控制技术,核心部分采用西门子S7-200型PLC,PLC对泵运行的各工艺参数进行采集、处理,实现泵与泵、闸阀等设备之间闭锁,并可通过设于PLC对泵运行的各工艺参数进行采集、处理,实现泵与泵、闸阀等设备之间闭锁,并可通过设于印,显示故障显示等集中管理。上位机配有与上级管理系统通讯的接口,可与矿局域网相连使上级管理系统实现对日用消防水泵房的监控。当调试、现场检修或集控系统出现故障时,可由就地按钮箱上按钮操作。 关键词:PLC 消防给水泵 自动控制 Abstract Now, the city fire, forest fires will appear the frequency is higher, how to reduce losses, fire departments responsibility, so the study of efficient large fire pump control system can reduce property losses, and has certain practical values. control system’s work principle, the hardware design and software design. In this paper,The author descripts how to use Siemens S7-200 PLC to contorl firefighting pump.Using PLC can simplifiy the system structure,make the system more reliable,and proform fixed period main/backup pump switching and automatic testing that can never be realized before.
