摘 要
本设计为机械类塑料模注射模具设计,分析塑胶件的形状特点、尺寸大小、尺寸标注方法、精度要求 ,分析塑胶件的生产批量分析产品成本。确定成型方案及模具型式。
这是一款以聚氯乙烯为原材料的皮带轮模具设计,它所选用的塑料成型方法为注塑成型方式。
该款皮带轮设计是在工程上用于固定三角皮带的标准件,所以设计时应注意遵照标准件的设计方式——在塑料件上不采用拔模角或拔模角为0°。在对于塑料的相关知识了解之后,根据零件图中给定零件的公差精度以及形状尺寸等并结合塑件材料选择成型方式为注塑。首先确定型腔分布为一模两腔型,根据制品的体积选择XS-ZY-250型注射机;根据制品材料的特性选择浇注方式设计成侧浇口形式。然后在计算成形零件尺寸后,设计材料的分型方式为斜导柱抽芯侧向分型机构。之后再设计推出机构。最后选择合适的模架,细化每个零部件之间的位置配合关系。
最后进行校验,对斜导柱强度进行校验还有注塑机的注射量、注射压力、开合模行程、模具高度与注塑机的关系进行校验。综上所述,完成此设计。

ABSTRACT
This design injects a molding tool design for the machine plastics mold, the shape characteristics, size of analytical plastic piece marks a method, accuracy to request, the production batch quantity of the analytical plastic piece analyze product cost.The assurance models project and molding tool ABSttern.
This is a design of a belt-wheel die which made of the polyvinyl chloride .The solution of the belt-wheel that is plastic injection mold.
Belt-wheel is the standard work used in engineering which fix trigonal-strap, so we design it according the standard. It shouldn’t use the draft, or design the draft is 0°. After learning some knowledge of plastic, we choose the injector depend on the shape and the dimensional tolerances of the work piece, choose two cavities in one mold, choose XS-ZY-250 injector by the volume of the plastic work piece. Design the shot means is depend on the plastic’s characteristic, and adopt the edge gate. Calculate the size of the cores and the cavity, the structure of drawing cores used oblique post is to be adopted. Design the ejector framework and choose the standard mold bases. Then design the relationship of the other work piece in the whole mold.
Validate is the last thing. Validate the guide pin size and the shot capacity, injection pressure, open daylight of the injector. And the relation of the mold shut height with the injector size, In summary,so the design is over.
