摘要:使用甲基丙烯酸.3一三甲氧基硅烷(KH-570)对纳米TiO:粒子进行偶联处理,进一步通过细乳液聚合
得到了内部包裹纳米TiO,粒子的核一壳型复合粒子。通过热重分析(TG)表征,表明纳米TiO:表面包覆约有
9.13%~10.06%的KH.570。通过探讨乳化剂、助稳定剂用量与转化率的关系,结果显示:温度应控制在70。C,
乳化剂用量为单体用量的2%,助稳定剂(HD)用量为单体用量的3%时,可以得到稳定的胶粒粒径分布较窄的细
乳液。通过吸水率、拉伸强度和热重分析测试,表明纳米TiO:可以提高聚合物的耐水性、耐候性和拉伸强度。
