【摘要】目的：探讨在小儿哮喘急性发作期雾化吸入治疗中实施综合护理干预的临床效果。方法：将2021年7月—2024年7月收治的90例小儿哮喘急性发作期患儿纳入研究，根据不同护理方案将入组的患儿实施分组，每组45例，对照组采用常规护理，研究组联合综合护理干预，对比两组干预效果。结果：研究组治疗配合度高于对照组（P0.05）；与对照组相比，研究组临床症状消失时间更短（P0.05）；干预后，两组患儿各肺功能指标水平均有所改善，且研究组肺功能指标更优（P0.05）；干预后，两组患者AQLQ各维度评分及总分较干预前升高，且研究组上述评分更高（P0.05）。结论：将综合护理干预应用于小儿哮喘急性发作期雾化吸入治疗中取得了显著效果。

【Abstract】Objective：Toinvestigatetheclinicaleffectofcomprehensivenursinginterventioninthetreatmentofatomizationinhalationinchildrenwithacuteasthmaattack.Methods：90casesofchildrenwithacuteasthmaattacktreatedfromJuly2021toJuly2024wereincludedinthestudy.Theenrolledchildrenweredividedintotwogroupsaccordingtodifferentnursingplans，with45casesineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupreceivedroutinenursing，andthestudygroupcombiendwithcomprehensivenursingintervention.Theinterventioneffectsofthetwogroupswerecompared.Results：Thetreatmentcooperationofthestudygroupwashigherthanthatofthecontrolgroup（P0.05）；Comparedwiththecontrolgroup，thetimeofdisappearanceofclinicalsymptomsinthestudygroupwasshorter（P0.05）；Afterintervention，thelevelsofpulmonaryfunctionindexesinbothgroupswereimproved，andthepulmonaryfunctionindexesinthestudygroupwerebetter（P0.05）；Afterintervention，theAQLQscoresandtotalscoresofthetwogroupsincreasedcomparedtobeforeintervention，andtheabovesscoresofthestudygroupwerehigher（P0.05）.Conclusion：Theapplicationofcomprehensivenursinginterventioninthetreatmentofatomizedinhalationinchildrenwithacuteasthmaattackhasachievedremarkableresults.
