  Study on Treatment Technology of Waste Hydrochloric Acid Contains Iron for Resource 张孟民 韩小龙 胡登伟 何柱生 (宝鸡文理学院化学化工系应用化学研究所 宝鸡 721007)  工业上广泛使用 酸作为钢材酸洗介质, 会产生相当多的含铁废 酸, 废液如果直接排放会严重污染环境, 而 且造成资源浪费。本文介绍的技术将所得的废酸通过浓缩精馏、酸化制得H Cl 气体、再吸收成 酸以及酸化制备母液的再 - 处理, 不产生二次污染且零排放, 从而实现了工业酸洗含铁废 酸的资源化处理。废酸中Cl 的回收率达到 85%, 得到的 工业精制 酸浓度达34%, 同时副产氧化铁红和磷肥。目前该技术已通过中试并经过了有关技术鉴定。 实践证明, 该技术 用于含铁废 酸的处理, 可带来明显的经济效益, 且环境友好, 是目前代替中和法处理含铁废 酸较为理想的方法, 是一项 实用的资源化综合利用绿色技术。      Abstract The pickling process in which hy rochloric aci is use as steel pickling me ium can pro uce a large quantity of w aste liquor. If the w aste liquor is irectly ischarge . Its not only the environment were pollute seriously, but also the resource is w aste . Its explore in the paper that the process pro uces hy rochloric aci through istillation 、aci ification、 absorption an reprocessing of aci ification liquor, which oes not pro uce secon pollution an no emissions. 34% hy ro- chloric aci is ma e finally, simultaneously iron oxi e an phosphate fertilizer are ma e as by - pro uct, an 85%of waste aci is recovere ;The result proves that the process can not only bring better economic efficiency, but also is an environmen- tal frien ly technology, an is a more esirable green technology than former neutralization technique.
