【摘要】咪唑衍生物配合物具有优良的生理活性、独特的光学性质和磁性,其中二咪唑甲烷在空间的构型多样可变,由于两个咪唑环上的氢原子非常活泼,极易发生取代反应。因此,以二咪唑甲烷为母体,来进行迈克尔加成、亲核取代反应等衍生化,能够获得多种多样的配合物,在医学、农药、功能材料、表面活性剂、分析化学试剂、有机合成等方面具有广阔的应用前景。本论文介绍了二咪唑甲烷的合成方法,并对其衍生物的合成进行了探索。
本论文主要设计合成二咪唑甲烷及其衍生物,具体研究了二咪唑甲烷与丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、 丙烯酰胺与丙烯腈的迈克尔加成反应,反应过程及其条件大致相同,在二咪唑甲烷的DMF溶液中,加入少量的氢氧化钠,形成碱性的液体环境,加入配体的DMF溶液,反应数十小时,经过旋蒸、萃取、过滤、抽滤等步骤得到产物,计算产率,再用红外、核磁、质谱等表征手法确定产物的成份。

【ABSTRACT】Imidazole derivatives which possess good physiological activities, unique optical and magnetical properties.Bis(imidazol-2-yl)methane has the flexible style. Because of the hydrogen atom on the imidazole rings is very lively and easy to occur the substitution reaction. Use the bis(imidazol-2-yl)methane for females to add nuclear replaced by michael, and other derivatives, and can get a wide range of coordination compounds, and have broad applications as drugs, pesticides, functional materials, surfactants, reagents in chemical analysis and organic synthesis. This paper introduced the way to synthesis bis(imidazol-2-yl)methane,and explore the way to synthesis its derivatives.
This paper particularly explore the way to synthesis on the bis(imidazol-2-yl)methane and acrylamide acrylonitrile,ethyl acrylate,methyl acrylate .Reactions’ process are similar.Put bis(imidazol-2-yl)methane into DMF,add a little NaOH,to form a alkaline liquid environment,and then mix the ligand and DMF,add this solution in.React for hours,after steaming,taking the veil,and filtering,get the product. Calculate its yield,and with infrared,nuclear magnetic resonance and mass spectroscopy as technique to define the composition of the product.
