【摘要】

【Abstract】

Intertrochantericfractureisacommontypeofhipfracture,andtherearevarioustreatmentmethods,amongwhichtheInterTantreatmentisacommonsurgicalmethod.Duringthesurgicaltreatment,Tip-ApexDistance(TAD)isanimportantindicatorforassessingtherepairofthefractureandtheeffectivenessofthesurgicaltreatment.However,thecurrentlyusedTADmeasurementmethodsstillhavedefectsandneedtobecomparedformoreaccuratemeasuringmethodstoimprovethesurgicaleffect.

ThisarticleaimstocomparetheTADmeasurementmethodsofInterTantreatmentforintertrochantericfractureofthefemur,exploretheaccuracyandreliabilityofdifferentmeasurementmethods.Throughliteraturereviewandexperimentalresearch,analyzethecurrentlyusedTADmeasurementmethodsandtheirlimitations,andfurtherproposesuggestionsforimprovementandoptimization,inordertoprovideusefulreferenceandguidanceforclinicalwork.
