Abstract: T he jet m ill w ith superheated steam is prov ided w ith low er- energy con sum ption and h igher com-
m inution force than that of the airm edium. Its classificat ion effectsw ere analyzed and tested. T he experi-
m ental results show th at the c lassification effects of the jet m il,l inc lud ing the particle size and its outputs,
can be contro lled by ad ju sting the param eters o f the classifier rotate sp eed, entrance pressure, steam flux,
secondary w ind flux and input the raw m ateria l cap ac ity, etc. T he classifier rotate speed has a reciprocal
proportion to the p art icle size. T he higher the entrance pressure o f the steam nozzle is, the finer the p arti-
cle size is and the narrow er the particle size d
