摘要:
链篦机—回转窑球团焙烧系统是目前生产水泥窑炉中最常见的焙烧方式之一。该系统由链篦机、预热器、回转窑、冷却机和除尘设备等组成,具有能耗高、污染严重等问题。本文以该烧成系统作为研究对象,旨在探究其优化设计的可能性,以实现节能减排的目标。
首先,本文对链篦机、预热器、回转窑、冷却机和除尘设备等四个部分的工作原理和能耗情况进行详细介绍和分析,发现系统能耗主要源于燃料的燃烧、空气预热、热量散失等方面。根据现有文献和实验分析,提出了几种可能的节能措施,包括节约燃料、加强热量回收、优化运行参数等。在此基础上,本文设计了一系列实验,通过对不同因素的分析和优化,确定了一组最优参数,使得系统的能耗得到了显著的降低。
最后,本文对研究结果进行了总结和展望。通过本次研究,我们对链篦机—回转窑球团焙烧系统的能耗问题有了更深入的认识,同时也为今后绿色水泥制造的发展提出了一些可行的建议和措施。

Abstract:
Thechaingrate-rotarykilnagglomeratecalciningsystemisoneofthemostcommoncalciningmethodsincementkilnproduction.Thesystemconsistsofachaingrate,preheater,rotarykiln,cooler,anddustcollector,andhasproblemssuchashighenergyconsumptionandseriouspollution.Thispapertakesthiscalciningsystemastheresearchobject,aimingtoexplorethepossibilityofoptimizingitsdesigntoachievethegoalofenergysavingandemissionreduction.
Firstly,thispaperintroducesandanalyzestheworkingprinciplesandenergyconsumptionofthefourpartsofthechaingrate,preheater,rotarykiln,cooleranddustcollectorindetail.Itisfoundthatthesystemenergyconsumptionismainlyfromfuelcombustion,airpreheating,andheatloss.Basedontheexistingliteratureandexperimentalanalysis,severalpossibleenergy-savingmeasuresareproposed,includingfuelsaving,strengtheningheatrecovery,andoptimizingoperatingparameters.Onthisbasis,thispaperdesignsaseriesofexperiments,andthroughtheanalysisandoptimizationofdifferentfactors,determinesanoptimalsetofparametersthatsignificantlyreducethesystem’senergyconsumption.
Finally,thispaperconcludesandlooksforwardtotheresearchresults.Throughthisstudy,wehaveadeeperunderstandingoftheenergyconsumptionproblemofthechaingrate-rotarykilnagglomeratecalciningsystem,andalsoproposedsomefeasiblesuggestionsandmeasuresforthedevelopmentofgreencementmanufacturinginthefuture.
