构建有中国特色的（人民币）汇率制度 问题探讨 摘要 金融危机爆发以来，人民币汇率问题似乎由国际金融危机这一热议的问题取代而有所沉寂，但人民币汇率制度改革的历程尚未完成，人民币汇率仍然是国内外一直关注的焦点。人民币汇率制度如何改革，国内外的观点则不尽相同。在全球化的世界经济格局下，经过多年高速发展后，中国的经济所需面临许多的新的矛盾和不同层次的问题。目前汇率问题对中国经济影响巨大。本文主要回顾了我国汇率制度改革的发展历程及创新之处，对我国汇率改革的成果和不足之处进行阐述，并提出创建有中国特色的（人民币）汇率制度问题措施。 [关键词] 人民币 汇率制度 问题 ABSTRACT Since the outbreak of the financial crisis, the RMB exchange rate by the international financial crisis seems to be a hot debate question and have replaced the silence, but the reform of the RMB exchange rate system is not yet complete, the RMB exchange rate is still at home and abroad have been the focus of attention, the reform of the RMB exchange rate system is the people common understanding. But how to reform exchange rate system, the domestic and foreign point of view is different. the globalization of the world economy in pattern, after years of rapid development, China faces many of the economy new conflicts and different levels of the problem. At present exchange rate on Chinas economic enormous influence. In this paper, we review the Chinas exchange rate system reform of the development and innovation of place, Chinas exchange rate reform of the achievements and deficiency is expounded, and puts forward the establishment of a Chinese characteristics (RMB) exchange rate system measures.
