山东财经大学 煤炭企业的财务分析与对策 姓 名：肖亚莉 专 业：会计专业 指导老师：王汉民 联系电话摘 要 财务分析是企业生产、经营、管理活动的重要组成部分，他以企业的财务报告和其他有关资料为主要依据对企业的财务状况和经营成果进行评价和剖析，反映企业在生产经营中的利弊得失和今后的发展趋势，从而为企业财务管理工作和优化经营决策提供重要的财务信息。通过分析企业的资产负债表、利润表、现金流量表，合理的对企业的偿债能力、盈利能力、营运能力以及成长能力进行评价，优化生产经营决策是进行财务分析的目的。 关键字：财务分析 煤炭企业 资产负债率 对策 ABSTRACT Financial analysis, an important component of enterprises production, operation and management, is not only an appraisal and analysis of enterprises financial situation and management results, but also a reflection of advantages and disadvantages during the production and operation as well as development trends, which provide important financial information to improve the financial management and to optimize management decision-making. Followed by analysis of balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement of the enterprises, the capacities of solvency, profitability, operation and development are reasonably appraised, also the decision-making capacity of production and management is optimized, which makes the very purpose of financial analysis.
