摘 要
基于嵌入式Internet的远程视频监控系统是当前安防应用领域研究的热点之一。传统的运程监控系统没有或无法解决实时大数据量处理、远程通信等问题,其应用受到很大的限制。基于Internet视频监控系统是信息网络与控制网络结合的产物,它借助网络完成监视与控制任务,将监控范围扩展到更广的空间,进一步推进了控制技术向网络化、分散化及开放化的发展。
本文提出了一种新的监控方案。实现家庭监控,系统包括了处在家庭监控现场的视频监控终端与视频监控网络平台两个部分。其中视频监控终端采用了韩国三星公司的S3C2410微处理器,访问处理器的主频最高可达203MHz,处理速度快,视频监控设备采集的视频图像经过MPEG-4压缩算法编码压缩后送入该处理器,经过处理后MPEG-4数据流被送入视频监控网络平台,利用UDP传输协议传输到用户端。
整个系统采用模块式结构,各个模块具有相对的独立性,这增强了系统的健壮性与灵活性,当需要更换其中一个模块时其他模块并不需要做很大的改动,有利于系统的更新换代。另外采用嵌入式的方法,系统成本较低,易于推广使用。

Home monitoring system, including a scene in the video surveillance terminal and two parts of video surveillance network platform. Including video surveillance using Samsungs S3C2410 processor, Accessing processor speeds up to 203MHz, Processing speed high. Video surveillance equipment acquired through the MPEG-4 video encoding compression algorithm into the processor, Treated and MPEG-4 data stream is sent to video surveillance network platform, Transmitted using UDP transport protocol to the client.
