活化条件对活性炭表面性质的影响

摘 要 用Ⅳ 吸附法系统研究了温度和气氟(还原性气氛,情性气氛)对重
庆松藻原煤试制活性炭表面性质(比表面积、孔径舟布、 孔结构及孔形状)的黟
响J虹外光谱法初步测定了活化条件对其表面基团的移响。结果表明,活性灰在不
同气氛中经高温活化 表面积减小,按顺序: 在氮气氛中豫小不大, 在日z气中减小
较大,在(N。+H )混合气中明显减小。孔由微孔为主变成以中孔为主, 孔形由
墨水瓶形变成园筒形

ABSTRACT The method of nit rogcn adso rption is used to study the effect of
temperature and atmosphere(inert and reducing almosphe re)on surface pr。pe rties——
specific surface area1.pore dist ribution and pore st rucu re of activaled ca rbon made from
raw coal(produced in Chongqing Shongzao).Infra Jcd spectroscopy was also used to
determine the effect of activation condition on su rfacc g roup of activated ca rbon.The
results shOW that the surface atea of activated carbon decteases when activated at high
temperature.The reduction of specific su rface a rea is the largest in N2+H z atmosp—
.
here,and is larger in 2 atmosphe re than that in Nz atmosphere. Besides,the main
part of pores is changed into transient from micro—po re.and pore shape is also changed
into columnar shape from shape of ink cottle.
