要:本文利用微处理器作为控制器,结合专用的SPWM 集成电路,设计三相SPWM 变频
电源。系统主电路形式采用AC-DC-AC 结构,逆变部分选用IGBT 单元模块加上并联缓冲电
路。输入采用三相全波不可控整流电路,提高了系统的功率因数。系统控制电路由MCS-51
系列的8051 单片机最小系统和SA4828 三相SPWM 产生器及少量的扩展外围芯片构成,系
统实现了变频电源的全数字化控制。

Abstract This design uses the microcomputer as controller and Combines special-purpose
SPWM integrated circuit designs SPWM frequency conversion power supply. The main circuit
form of the system adopts AC-DC-AC structure, the inverter part consist of IGBTS and a parallel
buffer circuit. the system adopts three-phase the whole wave uncontrolled rectification input
circuit, improves the quality of the electric which is supplied to inverter. The control circuit of the
system consist of is 8051 single-chip microcomputer minimum
