设计总说明
目前我国的电镀厂、点约有一万家。每年排放的4O亿m3废水约有50%未达到国家排放标准。废水中含有重金属离子、有机化合物及无机化合物等有害物质。这些物质进入环境,必定会对生态环境及人类产生广泛而严重的危害。电镀废水的治理仍是一个不容忽视的问题。电镀废水的组成成份很复杂,其处理技术也是多种多样。
此设计中,主要是进行含铬废水、含CN-废水、和含Zn2+和 Cu2+重金属废水电镀废水的处理。电镀废水处理车间位于地面一层。设计处理废水量子2000t/d,(1)含铬废水:Q=800t/d,Cr6+=90mg/L,pH=4—6;(2)含CN-废水:Q=200t/d,CN-=25mg/L,pH=8—9;(3)重金属废水:Q=1000t/d,Zn2+=20mg/L,Cu2+=40mg/L,pH=8-10(DB44/26—2001)
Abstract
At present,there are apploximate 10,000 electroplating factories and spots in China.Every year,there are about 50% of 40 hundred million m3 wastewater discharged not to achieve the national discharges standard.The wastewater includs the heavy metal ions,the organic compounds and the inorganic compounds and so on the deleterious substantce.These material enter into the environment,and can surely have widespread and the serious harm to the ecological environment and the humanity.The electroplating wastewater was still a not allow to neglect question.The composition of the electroplating wastewater is very complex,and its processing technology also is many and varied.In view of the fact that single electroplatng factory wastewater processing situation,the wastewater quatity divergence is easier.This article uses the divergence and chemistry processing method to carry on the techological design on the containing cyanogen electroplating wastwater.
In this design ,it mainly dealing with the electroplating wastewater that contains Cr6+ 、CN 、Zn2+ 、Cu2+. And the electroplating wastewater processing workshop is located the first ground.The quantum of the wastewater treatment design is 2000t/d.. (1)Q=800t/d,Cr6+=90mg/L,pH=4—6;(2)Q=200t/d,CN-=25mg/L,pH=8—9;(3)Q=1000t/d,Zn2+=20mg/L,Cu2+=40mg/L,pH=8—10。After treatment,the water leakage achieves First-grade of the Guangdong province place standard(DB44/26-2001).
