I’m writing to point out such improper behaviors as scribbling and littering existing in our campus.
Small deeds as scribbling and littering are, they can bring negative effects as follows. First, they surely affect the environment negatively, leaving the campus dirty and untidy. Second, they are harmful to students’ development in the long run.
So, I’d like to provide my suggestions on this problem. To start with, giving punishment to the student who scribbles or litters seems to be a good solution. But, on the other hand, we can’t lose sight of the importance of education, which can truly rid students of the bad habit.
