【摘要】目的：分析森田心理护理在抑郁症患者护理中的应用效果。方法：选取本室2021年1月一2023年11

月期间收治的98例抑郁症患者，以随机数表法划分为对照组和观察组，每组49例，两组患者均应用抗抑郁药物进行治

疗，对照组患者应用常规护理方法，观察组患者应用森田心理护理方法。比较两组护理效果。结果：观察组治疗总有效

率为95.92%,明显高于对照组的87.76%,差异具有统计学意义(Pv0.05)；观察组患者护理45d后HAMD评分低于

对照组(P0.05)；观察组患者总依从性为91.84%,明显高于对照组的83.67%,差异具有统计学意义(Pv0.05)。

结论：森田心理护理在抑郁症患者护理中应用有突出优势，有利于提高临床护理治疗效果，提升患者依从性，有临床推

广应用价值。
