中小企业集群创新网络结构对创新的影响研究——以乐清工业电气集群为例的中期报告
摘要:
本研究以乐清工业电气集群为研究对象,通过对该集群内企业创新网络结构的测度及与创新表现的相关性分析,研究了中小企业集群创新网络结构对创新的影响。研究发现,乐清工业电气集群内企业的创新网络结构呈现高度集中的趋势,核心企业所处的中心性位置愈显突出,核心节点的对外联系优势更为明显;创新网络结构对创新表现的影响则是显著的,集中的网络结构能够提高企业的创新能力及创新表现,但是也存在着一定的风险和威胁。因此,对于中小企业集群而言,应注重创新网络结构的构建和完善,充分利用集群内企业的互动合作与协同创新,提高创新能力,增强竞争优势。

Abstract:
This study takes the Leqing Industrial Electrical Cluster as the research object, and through measuring the innovation network structure of enterprises within the cluster and analyzing the correlation with innovation performance, it explores the impact of the innovation network structure of small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) clusters on innovation. The study found that the innovation network structure of enterprises within the Leqing Industrial Electrical Cluster showed a highly centralized trend, and the centrality position of the core enterprise became more prominent, with more obvious advantages in external connections. The impact of the innovation network structure on innovation performance was significant, and the centralized network structure could improve the innovation ability and performance of enterprises, but there were also certain risks and threats. Therefore, for SME clusters, we should focus on the construction and improvement of the innovation network structure, fully utilize the interactive cooperation and collaborative innovation among enterprises within the cluster, improve innovation ability, and enhance competitiveness.
