长距离岩石地层顶管施工效率分析与研究

摘要:针对长距离岩石地层顶管施工效率研究匮乏导致顶管施工质量及工程进度难以保证的难题ꎬ依托重庆市观景
口水利枢纽工程长距离岩石地层顶管项目ꎬ系统分析围岩单轴抗压强度、围岩岩性、围岩等级及埋深、隧洞长度、施工
管理等因素对掘进效率的影响ꎮ主要结论:地质问题是长距离岩石地层顶管施工最重要影响因素ꎬ在一定范围内单轴
抗压强度值越低ꎬ掘进效率越高ꎬ反之掘进效率越低ꎻ随隧洞埋深增加ꎬ受围岩应力影响ꎬ顶部岩体易局部脱落ꎬ产状越
接近水平状围岩段ꎬ导致摩阻增加ꎬ造成后期顶进难度加大ꎻ长距离岩石地层顶管路径选择ꎬ需尽可能降低V类围岩比
例和绝对长度ꎬ同时要尽量避开断层破碎带ꎮ

thetunneldepthꎬthetunnellengthꎬandtheconstructionmanagementonthetunnelingefficiency.Themainconclusionsareas
follows:geologicalconditionsarethemostimportantinfluencingfactorsfortheconstructionofpipejackinginlong ̄distancerock
ground.Withinacertainrangeꎬthelowertheuniaxialcompressivestrengthvalueꎬthehigherthetunnelingefficiencyꎬand
converselyꎬthelowerthetunnelingefficiency.Withtheincreaseofthetunneldepthꎬinfluencedby
