The car left front door wire harness for example, assembly items mainly fastening pedal nails, connected to the steering column and preload, bcm1 plugs, xenon lamp plug, optical fiber plug, finishing wire harness, installing relay, mounting frame relay group. This paper is about the research of the assembly process of the left front door of Audi models, a series of problems arising from the failure of the parts and the assembly errors, and puts forward some good solutions to the problem.
