大学生科研创新项目研究报告 项目名称： 国际航运企业税收筹划的研究报告 项目类型： 一般项目 项目年度： 2012年 项目负责人： 于午禾（学号：32009042125） 负责人院（系）： 会计学院 专业（方向）： 国际会计 项目组成员： 赵岩松 指导教师： 刘文辉 教授 摘要 近年来，随着船舶行业规模地不断扩大，国际航运以其运量大，成本低的优势，逐渐成为国际贸易运输最重要的组成部分。但国际航运企业是一个竞争十分激烈的行业，各个航运企业不仅仅承担着市场的压力，而且还受企业内部因素诸如企业的成本控制所影响。因此税收筹划对于国际航运企业来说是至关重要的。税收筹划可以使国际航运企业在不违反国家法律法规的情况下，为企业降低税收成本，从而提高企业的竞争能力。本文通过对国际航运企业特点的分析，从而对国际航运企业提出特定的建议和帮助。进而借助这些建议和帮助，通过数据统计和分析的办法对中远集团进行较为深入的了解。 关键字：国际航运企业、税收筹划、中远集团 Abstract In recent year, with the increase of the scale of the ship industry, the international shipping with their large volume and low cost, become the most important part of the international trade. The international shipping enterprise is a highly competitive industry. Each shipping enterprises do not bear the pressure of market, but also affected by the internal factors such as the cost control. So the tax planning is very crucial for international shipping enterprises. The tax planning can make international shipping enterprises to reduce tax cost in the case of violation of state laws and regulations. So tax planning enhances the competitive ability of international shipping enterprises. Through the analysis of the characteristics of international shipping enterprises, this article can give international shipping enterprises some specific suggestions and help. With the help of these specific suggestions and help, this article can understand better the COSCO Group through the data statistics and analysis.
