近年来,自动化液压系统设备在机械行业中的使用越来越广泛。油箱成形机是一种
专用机床。其工作过程是由液压系统控制,可简单分为缝合进给和夹紧两个动作。本设
计的目的是使所设计的液压系统既能在工作上满足要求又能在工艺上满足要求。使系统
具有工作平稳可靠,结构简单紧凑的特点。本设计是依据设计要求进行的,设计过程中,
首先根据要求确定系统原理图;随后根据给定参数确定执行元件;根据执行元件确定系
统的压力和流量,并对泵和电机选型。控制元件是根据系统的流量和压力依次选择的。
然后参考相关资料,确定管路、介质、油箱等附件。元件选完之后,根据参考资料对系
统压力、热量进行验算,确定系统是否可行,同时补充、修改相关参数以完善设计。在
结构设计阶段,根据系统的实际情况对阀块结构进行设计。经过对方案的反复调整与验
算,最终确定系统的相关参数,并最终确定了系统,设计达到了设计任务书的要求,能
够完成设备的工艺要求。

Abstract
In recent years, automatic hydraulic system equipment in mechanical industry is more
and more widely used. Fuel tank forming machine is a special machine tool. The working
process is controlled by a hydraulic system, can be simply divided into two suture feeding and
clamping action. The purpose of this design is the design of the hydraulic system can meet the
requirements in the work and can meet the requirements in the process. So the system has
stable and reliable work, simple and compact structure characteristics. The design is
according to the design requirements, the design process, first of all required to identify
system schematic; then according to the given parameters determine the implementation of
components; according to the execution element determining system of pressure and flow, and
the pump and motor selection. The control element is based on system flow and pressure are
selected. Then reference data, determine the pipeline, medium, tank and other accessories.
Component selection after, according to the reference of system pressure, heat checking,
determine whether the system is feasible, and add, modify the relevant parameters in order to
