摘 要
本毕业设计课题是L195柴油机连杆零件机械加工工艺规程编制及连杆结合面铣削加工的夹具设计,目的是学习机零件械加工工艺规程如何编制,如何分析、查阅资料,如何选择毛坯,零件的结构工艺性分析、工艺路线的制定、各工序加工余量的确定、工时定额计算,夹具设计时定位方案的选择、定位元件的选择、加紧机构的设计等等。通过毕业设计的学习与实践,掌握零件的机械加工工艺过程。通过对连杆接合面铣削家具的设计,掌握如何使得定位准确、加紧合理,如何让夹具在生产过程中能保证高效、稳定性高、易于装卸、减轻工人的劳动量,提高批量生产或流水生产的效率。结合连杆加工的实际工艺过程优化连杆加工的工艺过程,使得生产过程中成本节约、废品率降低、劳动成本下降、效率提高。满足零件的尺寸精度,形状精度,位置精度,表面粗糙度设计要求。环保问题如今意识不得不考虑的问题,机械加工过程中如何在保证质量,效率,成本的前提下不污染环境,不对劳动者身心健康产生影响,这就对生产工艺和工作条件提出了高的要求。

ABSTRACT
The graduation project is L195 diesel engine connecting rod parts machining process planning and rod combination of surface milling fixture design, the purpose is to learn how to machine parts mechanical machining process planning, how to analyze, access to information, how to choose the blanks, parts structural process analysis, process route development, selection of each process to determine the allowance, time quota calculations, select the positioning fixture design solutions, positioning elements, stepping mechanism design and so on. Learning and practice through graduation, master machining process parts. By connecting rod joints milling furniture design, learn how to make accurate positioning, stepping reasonable, how to make the fixture in the production process to ensure high efficiency, high stability, easy handling, reducing the amount of labor workers, improve production or water production efficiency. The actual machining process optimization combined with linkage rod machining process, making the production process cost savings, reduced scrap rates, labor costs decreased efficiency. Satisfy the dimensional accuracy of parts, the shape accuracy, position accuracy, surface roughness design requirements.
