第一章总则

1.1制定目的

为保证企业信息安全，提高应对突发信息安全事件的快速反应能力，降低信息安全事件对企业运营和声誉的负面影响，特制定本企业级信息安全事件应急响应方案。

1.2适用范围

本方案适用于我国企业内部发生的各类信息安全事件，包括但不限于以下情况：

（1）计算机系统遭受攻击，导致系统瘫痪或数据泄露；

（2）网络设备遭受攻击，导致网络中断或功能下降；

（3）病毒、木马等恶意程序传播，影响企业正常运营；

（4）内部人员误操作或恶意行为导致的信息安全事件；

1.3应急响应原则

1.3.1及时响应
