摘 要 绿色建筑施工技术主要是利用节水、节地、节能、节材与环境保护措施，建造出能够满足居民居住需求的

高质量建筑的一种新型施工技术。尤其在进入21世纪后，针对建筑行业，国家提出了“节能降耗、绿色环保”的号

召，在这背景之下，建筑施工企业遵循绿色建筑施工原则，在施工过程中，积极运用新技术、新工艺、新材料，旨

在达到节约资源、减少能耗、降低排放量、减少高污染以及美化生态环境的目的。
