摘 要:为了提高发动机的燃料燃烧效率,降低活塞环的摩擦力是一个需要解决的难题,而且现用汽油发动机中活塞环上的切向拉力正在迅速得到降低。解决这一问题有3种方式,即降低切向拉力,提高摩擦面表面处理的耐磨性和低摩擦特性,优化摩擦面形状。由于对机油消耗具有不利影响,必须考虑通过使用润滑模型做结构分析来进行工程开发。图9参9。
Due to fuel economy of engine,reducing a friction of piston ring has been a problem to be solved,and the reduction of tangential tension on piston ring has being proceeded rapidly in current gasoline engine.There are three wayt to solve this problem such as reduction of tangential tension,improvement of surface treatment on running surface,and optimization of running face profile.Due to the disadvantage of oil consumption,engineering development from mechanism analysis by using lubrication model has to be considered.
