摘 要
本设计是针对肥皂盒的模具设计，制件选用ABS材料。通过对塑件进行工艺的分析和比较，针对肥皂盒的具体结构，该模具是限制性侧浇口的单分型面注塑模具，采用一模两腔形式。从具体模具结构出发对模具的浇注系统，模具成型部分结构，顶出系统，冷却系统，注塑机的选择及有关参数的校核，都有详细的设计，同时简单的编制了模具的加工工艺，通过设计表明该模具结构合理，具有一定的推广价值，本次设计通过一副注塑模具来生产肥皂盒塑料件产品以实现自动化提高产量。

Abstract
This topic aimed at the mold design of soap boxes, The work piece uses ABS as the material. Through the technology of plastic parts for analysis and comparison, For the specific structure of the soap boxes.the die is the point of the one type injection mold surface and Restrictive side gate. The mould layout form of one-mould two-cavity was applied to this design. The design process from the product structure, the structure of the specific die,running system , mold forming part of the structure, the roof system, cooling system, the choice of injection molding machines and related parameters of the check, have the detailed design, And the establishment of a simple mold processing technology. The design showed that the structure was reasonable and valuable for spread.this design is an injection mold to produce soapbox piece of plastic in order to achieve automation to increase output .
