山东科技大学学士学位论文PAGE PAGE IV摘 要传统的模具设计与加工方法,是以二维工程图为依据进行的,对设计者以及工人的经验有较高的要求,不仅周期长,需要反复试模,并且加工出来的模具成型质量较低。本论文所研究课题是借助于三维设计软件Pro/e,对儿童早教机模具进行设计、建模以及装配,在总体上实现了模具的结构合理性。然后通过对塑件的成型过程进行计算机有限元模拟分析,有效地预测了实际生产中可能出现的问题,确定了产品的最佳成型工艺参数。通过对相关工艺参数的调整,改善了原有模具设计方案中的不足之处。利用CAD/CAE技术对儿童早教机模具进行设计与计算机模拟分析,有效地缩短了产品的研发周期、模具设计周期和加工周期, 提高了一次试模成功率。关键词:注塑模具;成型;模具设计;有限元模拟分析ABSTRACTThe traditional method of mold design and manufacture is based on two-dimensional engineering drawings; it has high demand on the experience of designers and workers. Not only its cycle is long, requires testing molds repeatedly, and also with a low forming quality. The topic researched in this paper is by means of 3D design software called Pro/e, which can design, mould and assemble for kid-learning mold; it also can realize the rationality of molding structure on the whole. Then through the computerized finite element simulation analysis for the plastic parts forming process, we can predict the possible problems of actual production effectively and also make sure of the best parameters of molding process. Through the adjustment of related parameters, we could improve the defects of original mould design project. The using of CAD/CAE technology for kid-learning mold design and computer simulation analysis, not only shortens the product development cycle, mold design cycle and processing cycle effectively, but also improves the successful rate of once mold testing.
