摘要
由于现在不法分子对煤质掺假的各种手法与各个需及时测得煤质的地方的需求,因此及时而又准确的检测煤质既是众多用煤大户急需解决的问题,也是众多工业仪器制造厂家能否立足于竞争市场的一个关键因素。但当前便携式煤质灰分分析仪的测试不便、低精度与辐射危害性,对企业的生产造成了很大的影响。经过查阅大量国内外文献,发现目前市面上的便携式煤质分析仪大多利用γ射线、红外光谱分析、激光感生等新的测试方法,虽然测试时间短,但在测试原理上仍不成熟,测试结果不稳定、波动大,可靠性差,还有辐射危害;而传统煤质检测技术,如热分析技术,虽然能保证测试精度,但测试时间长,且此类仪器大多体积庞大,不便携带。
为了保证测试结果的稳定性和准确性,本论文所研究的仪器采用应用最广的热重分析技术。在快速检测上,提出了一种基于国家标准 GB/T212-2008的简化测试工艺方案;省却降温时段,在815℃条件下进行试样称量,简化测试步骤。其次,为了提高多试样检测效率,根据煤质热解特性和 GB/T 212-2008标准,提出了一种新型煤质分析仪设计方案,其加热炉膛为单炉膛结构,可能够实现多试样的同时检测;由于传统加热炉采用的是电阻丝加热,升温时间长和能源成本高,不便与快速测试,因此本文采用磁控管微波加热,以减少升温时间和加热时间。文章最后就新型便携式煤质快速分析仪器的架构设计和工艺流程作了详细的阐述和详细说明。
本论文的意义在于提出了一种不同于现在市面上有的新型便携式快速分析仪器的设计方案。由于煤质工业分析的复杂性,本论文选灰分做为测试煤质的重要参数。

ABSTRACT
Now due to illegal coal adulterated various means and each need timely measured coal place needs timely and accurate detection, so many large coal coal quality is the urgent problem needed to be solved, but also many industrial equipment manufacturers can be based on competitive market a key factor.But the current portable coal ash analyzer test inconvenience and safety, to the production of the enterprise have a great impact on.After consulting a large number of domestic and foreign literature, found that the current market of portable coal quality analyzer are using gamma ray, infrared spectrum analysis, laser induced and new testing methods, although the test time is short, but in the test principle is still not mature, the test results not stable, fluctuation, poor reliability, and radiation hazards; and traditional coal quality detection technology, such as thermal analysis technology, although can ensure the precision, but the long testing time, and such instruments are bulky, inconvenient to carry.
