液压挖掘机液压系统故障点维修与调试毕业设计 毕业 设 计 论 文课 题:液压挖掘机液压系统故障点维修与调试 姓 名: 学 号: 系 别:机械工程系 专 业:机电一体化 班 级:机电111 指导老师:尹霞 摘 要 本次毕业设计课题是小型液压挖掘机液压系统故障点维修与调试。设计思路是根据液压挖掘机各部分的动作要求,参照同类型其他液压挖掘机来设计。随着我国基础设施建设的大力投入和发展,液压挖掘机是工程机械的一个重要品种,是一种广泛用于建筑、 铁路、公路、水利、采矿等建设工程的土方机械。液压挖掘机利用液压元件(液压泵、液压马达、液压缸等)带动各种构件动作,具有许多优点,于是它对液压系统的设计提出了很高的要求,其液压系统也是工程机械液压系统中最为复杂的。因此,对挖掘机液压系统的分析和液压系统故障点的维修与调试对推动我国挖掘机发展具有十分重要的意义。针对液压挖掘机液压系统经常出现故障的问题,通过对液压系统故障原因的分析,提出了相应的解决措施,并指出了液压系统故障诊断时应遵循的一般原则及注意事项。 【关键词】液压挖掘机; 液压系统;检查;维修;诊断 Abstract This graduation design is a small hydraulic excavator hydraulic system fault repair and debug.
