基于储水滴灌理念的一种新型高效节水灌溉设备

摘要
本作品设计目的是针对北方水资源匮乏问题,开发一种能够改善传统灌溉灌水不均、水肥流失大、水资源利用系数低的产品。
创新点在于设计有集雨装置有效利用天然水资源,采用滴灌技术,既节约了水资源又实现有效的灌溉;通过太阳能装置的设计,使用清洁能源,节能减排。
本产品利用现有太阳能、智能控制、滴灌原理的技术的综合应用,让水根据可控制的水量、时间等对植物进行需要的灌溉;在雨天的情况下,通过雨水采集装置将雨水采集到蓄水器中予以储存,这样便可以节省水资源;在阳光灿烂的时候,通过太阳能装置提供电能,驱动水泵、增压泵工作,进行灌溉;利用智能控制技术实现灌溉的智能化,实现灌溉时间及灌溉水量的智能控制,减少人工工作时间和劳动强度,节能减排。
该装置由太阳能转化装置、智能控制器、集雨器、增压装置、管道、滴灌装置及市网电组成。首先将水输入蓄水器中,接通电源,驱动水泵工作,通过增压装置提高水压,将水压入预设的输水管道,通过在被灌部位的滴灌头对植物进行灌溉,滴灌头上设置有智能控制装置,控制水量及滴灌时间。

Abstract
This work is to design is aiming at the problem of water resources shortage in the north, the development of a can improve the traditional irrigation, water and fertilizer loss, water resources using low coefficient of products.
Innovation point is to design a set of rain device to effectively use natural water resources, the use of drip irrigation technology, both to save water resources and to achieve effective irrigation; through the design of solar energy device, the use of clean energy, energy-saving emission reduction.
This product uses the existing solar energy, intelligent control, drip irrigation technology, the integrated application of water according to the available water, time and so on. In the case of rain, the rain water collection device will be stored, so that the water can save water resources; in the sunshine, driven by solar energy device, driven by irrigation; intelligent control technology to achieve the intelligent control, to reduce the time and labor intensity, energy saving and emission reduction.
