摘 要
【摘要】超声波流量计因其测量范围大、安装和维护方便、测量精度高等优势,在世界工业测量领域得到了很广泛的应用。但就目前国内形势而言超声波流量计的使用量极少,而且超声流量计在使用过程中其测量精度的提高和测量功耗的降低等问题还有待于改进和提高。因此本论文以此为出发点,以单通道时差法超声流量计为研究对象,对单通道时差法超声流量计的软件设计进行了深入的理论分析与研究。主要解决了单通道时差式超声流量计的“零点”问题,从而为动态测量做了良好的铺垫。在动态测量方面本设计为了在测量过程中减少测量次数、降低功耗就动态测量给出了一种新的数据处理的解决方案。最后通过实验数据验证了本设计的单通道时差法超声流量计的静态性能、动态性能良好,并对超声流量计系统误差进行了分析。

Abstract
【ABSTRACT】Nowadays, ultrasonic flowmeter is used widely in measuring-field. Because of its advantages: non-connecting measurement, easy to be installed and advantageous maintenance, high precision, large-scale. However, ultrasonic flowmeter is not mature in our country, and it also has some disadvantages especially for its measure-precision and its power dissipation. So it is necessary to make advance in order to make it work more stable. The article makes the single-channel time method ultrasonic flow meter for the study, and make a deeply theoretical analysis and research. Mainly to solve the single-channel time method ultrasonic flowmeter’s zeroproblem.and make good bedding for dynamic measurement. In order to reduce power consumption the article gave a new method for dynamic measurement. Finally, the experiment shows the time method of the single-channel ultrasonic flowmeter’s static performance, dynamic performance and error analysis.
