摘要:通过原位聚合、溶液共混和模具浇铸,制备了多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)/聚苯胺(PANI)/环氧树脂(EP)复合材料。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、差式扫描量热仪(DSC)和万能试验机对材料的结构和性能进行研究。PANI包覆在MWNTs表面,形成以MWNTs为核,PANI为壳的纳米结构。将核-壳结构分散于环氧树脂溶液中后,形成MWNTs/PANI/EP三相复合体系。MWNTs/PANI纳米结构的加入,使EP固化起始温度和峰值温度降低、固化反应热减少,促进了复合体系的固化反应。同时,MWNTs/PANI/EP复合材料较EP力学性能提高,其拉伸强度、拉伸模量、断裂伸长率、拉伸断裂能分别提高26.7%、16.7%、9.8%、55.2%,弯曲强度、弯曲模量、弯曲断裂能分别提高3.01%、11.86%、45.45%。

Abstract: Multi-walled Carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) / Polyaniline (PANI) / Epoxy (EP) composites were prepared by in situ polymerization followed by solution blending and mould casting. Structure and performance of the composite materials were characterized by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and a universal testing machine. PANI assembly on the surface of MWNTs forming a core (MWNTs)-shell (PANI) nano-structure. MWNTs/PANI/EP three-phase composite systems were formed after core-shell nano-structure are introduced in epoxy solution. After MWNTs/PANI are introduced in epoxy resin, curing onset temperature and peak temperature as well as curing reaction heat decrease, which indicate that addition of MWNTs/PANI promote curing reaction of EP. The mechanical properties of MWNTs/PANI/EP composite are improved, and its tensile strength, tensile modulus, elongation at break, tensile fracture energy are increased by 26.7%, 16.7%, 9.8%, 55.2% compared with EP. Also, bending strength, bending modulus, bending fracture energy are increased by 3.01%, 11.86%, 45.45% compared with EP.
