摘要

氢化可的松属天然短效肾上腺皮质激素类药。有抗炎作用及免疫抑制、抗毒、抗休

克作用，用于治疗肾上腺皮质功能减退症、严重感染、自身免疫性疾病、过敏性疾病、

各种原因引起的休克、血液系统疾病、激素合成障碍所致的各型肾上腺增生症及某些炎

症疾病。想要这些药物发挥它们本身的作用，不仅要注意这些药物正确的使用方法,还

要掌握它们的配伍禁忌。注意不能与其发生物理、化学及药理作用的药物混用。

Abstract

Hydrocortisoneisanaturalshort—actingadrenalcorticalhormone.Havean

anti-inflammatoryeffectandimmunesuppression，antitoxic，antishockeffect，usedinthe

treatmentofadrenocorticalinsufficiency,severeinfections，autoimmunediseases，allergic

diseases，causedbyvariousreasons，shock，bloodsystemdisease，hormonesynthesis

obstaclescausedbyvarioustypesofadrenalhyperplasiaandcertaininflammatorydiseases.

Wantthesedrugsexerttheireffects,weshouldnotonlypayattentiontothecorrectwayof

usingthesedrugs,butalsotomastertheirincompatibility。Takecarenottoitsphysical，

chemicalandpharmacologicalactionofthedrug.
