社区治安管理系统设计方案.doc

摘　　要 信息技术的快速发展使得“数字政府”、“数字社会”等概念得到了逐步实现，也使得政府部门的电子政务建设得到进一步加强。目前，虽然我国社区警务信息化建设工作发展迅速，但是制约因素仍然较多，主要包括工作机制不够完善、标准规范相对滞后、基础设施和装备条件不配套等等。基于这些原因，研究并建设一套适合社区警务工作的治安管理系统就非常必要。旨在通过目标系统的开发和应用，利用先进的信息技术对社区内部的人口、地理、案件等信息进行充分的采集，实现对社区中“人”、“地”、“案”信息的科学化和智能化管理，为社区的治安和人民群众的安全提供更好的服务。本课题的研究是结合社区警务工作现状进行开展的，在详细了解课题研究背景、研究意义以及国内外研究现状的基础上，深入社区治安管理部门进行调研，掌握社区治安工作的具体业务流程，通过与用户的反复交流获取系统需求并进行详细分析，得出系统的功能需求和性能需求，然后利用例图进行详细的系统用例分析，并结合数据流图进行系统的数据流程分析。在完成系统需求分析的基础上，采用MVC三层架构进行系统的技术架构设计，然后根据系统的功能需求进行功能模块的划分，接着对系统的数据库进行设计，给出了详细的 E-R图和数据库表结构。目标系统基于.NET平台和 ASP.NET技术，最终完成了居民信息管理、案件信息查询、物业信息管理、楼栋信息管理、访客信息管理和进出车辆管理等功能模块的详细设计与实现工作，并给出主要的程序流程、关键代码和页面截图。 经过具体的功能测试和性能测试，社区治安管理系统的各项功能和性能基本满足用户的实际需求。通过目标系统的应用，实现了社区治安信息的高度共享，有效解决了社区治安工作中所存在的问题，提高了社区治安管理工作的效率，从而为社区局居民提供了更好的服务。 关键词：社区治安 管理系统　　ASP.NET　　B/S ABSTRACT Design and Implementation of Community Policing Management System Based on ASP.NET The rapid development of information technology makes the concept of digital government, digital society and has been progressively implemented e-government construction also makes the government sector has been further strengthened.
