教育随笔:一件小事 那天下午户外活动结束后,孩子们兴奋地往活动室跑。忽然,一个孩子摔倒了,但奔跑的人群没有停下脚步,稍稍拐了个弯,依然呼啸而过,摔倒的孩子的哭声很快被淹没在混乱的脚步声中。走在最后的我正欲赶过去搀扶那个摔倒的孩子,只见小宇已停下脚步转身费力地把她搀起来,一边与她说着什么,一边帮她擦眼泪,还俯身帮她拍去身上的灰尘,然后扶她回到活动室。 眼前的这一幕让我有点恍惚,真的是小宇吗?没想到她在帮助别人时那样自然、细心,俨然是一个懂事的孩子。可曾经她是一个令老师头疼、遭同伴排斥的孩子,集体教学活动时总是不安静,自由活动时又经常攻击别人,几乎没有人愿意和她玩,其他家长也曾多次表示对小宇不满。我很想与小宇父母沟通,但每天接送她的都不是她的父母。我对这个新转来的、麻烦不断的孩子失望了,每天关注她只是为了防范她伤及别人。而现在,恰恰是小宇做了这件连很多好孩子都做不到的事情,并且做得那么自然、细致入微,我心底忽然涌动起一份感动,同时产生了深深的内疚感,想起她拉我衣服,往我身上蹭时我对她的敷衍,想起她帮我扫地时我嫌她越帮越忙的情景。 亲情、家庭教育的缺失,教师的忽略和嫌弃,热闹的集体中形单影只的孤独,曾是小宇的生活状态。而碍事碍眼的她在不经意的时刻闪耀出的善良,让我深思。面对所谓的问题儿童,我们为什么总是漠然、反感甚至放弃?为什么不去寻找深层原因,给她更多的关注,把更多的微笑送给她?如果没有这次事件,小宇是不是就有可能被贴上标签,永远被放逐在无爱的荒原呢? 这件小事让我明白孩子都是善良的,都想成为人们眼中的好孩子。有些孩子会以一些异常行为来表达思想、情感、愿望,只是我们没有读懂,所以会误认为他们是在捣乱,有问题。我想,教师的一个重要责任就是读懂孩子的行为,并给予适当的引导,以帮助他们健康、快乐地成长。 Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee, two session of the five plenary meeting spirit, fully implement the Scientific Outlook on Development based XX youth career development planning in accordance with the 11th Five-Year , building a first-class team, with first-class team.
