肽菌素对保育猪生长性能及粪中微生物的影响

[摘 要]本研究旨在观察微生态制剂肽菌素对断奶仔猪生长性能及粪中微生物的影响。试验选用120头28日龄、体重在8.2 kg左右健康的断奶仔猪,随机分成3个处理,每个处理分成5个重复,每个重复(栏)8头猪。对照组饲喂无抗基础日粮,试验1组日粮为基础日粮+10%硫酸粘杆菌素20+10%杆菌肽锌1000000mg/kg肽菌素,试验期30 d。试验结果表明:(1)试验1、2组日增重和采食量分别比对照组提高了15.79%( P 0.05),21.05%( P 0.05)和5.97%( P0.05),8.96%( P 0.05);料重比分别降低了8.52%( P 0.05)和9.66%( P 0.05);腹泻率分别降低了62.11%和64.48%差异均极显著(P 0.01)。试验2组比试验1组在生产性能上略优,但差异不显著。(2)在35日龄试验2组乳杆菌数比对照组提高了3.76%( P 0.05); 42日龄试验2组与对照组的大肠杆菌数相比降低了7.39%( P 0.05),试验2组乳杆菌数比对照组提高4.23%( P 0.05)差异显著;49日龄试验1、2组与对照组的大肠杆菌数分别降低了6.02%( P 0.05),7.90%( P 0.05);试验2组比对照组提高了3.73%( P 0.05)。试验1组在试验过程中,乳杆菌数与对照组相比差异不显著。试验表明:无论是提高生长性能,还是改善其肠道微生物菌群,试验2组均优于试验1组,说明肽菌素完全可以替代抗生素生产无抗仔猪饲料。
