本文针对的消失模铸造工艺(Lost Foam Casting Process)又称为实型铸造工艺(Full-Mould Casting Process)或气化模铸造工艺(Evaporative Pattern Casting Process)Abstract

前 言
消失模铸造工艺由于其诸多优点(如铸件尺寸精度高、表面光洁度好、机械加工余量少、环境污染小等),被认为是一项很有发展前景的近浄型加工技术和清洁生产技术,近年来在我国发展迅猛。然而,迄今为止,消失模铸造工艺仍是消失模技术的难点。新投产的消失模主见往往需要大量的试验摸索工作,才能确定工艺方案,其中主要包括浇注系统、冒口、浇注温度、模样密度、涂料、振动紧实等参数的选择。本文所针对的是机床床身的消失模工艺设计。
