大功率LED驱动电源的研究与设计资料.doc

摘 要: LED驱动电源的研究能够推动LED被主流普通照明市场所采用设计出好的电源驱动会有助于提高LED的发光效率,降低照明产品的制造成本,这都是大势所趋,因为LED照明产业正在持续走热,其中最主要的推动因素是各国政府对节能环保新能源产业的日益重视和大力扶持。LED因其高效、节能、环保、寿命长、高可靠性等优点逐渐在照明领域获得广泛应用,成为为21世纪的新一代照明光源[1]。 为了驱动大功率LED,本论文设计了一种基于隔离反激式原理的恒流驱动开关电源。该设计主要包括反激式开关电源电路的设计、开关电源变压器的选择和设计、功率因数校正电路的设计以及相关的保护电路的设计,采用OB2532进行PWM控制。实验结果表明该电源功率输出稳定,输出电压为41.8 V,电流为338mA,功率因数为0.86,能够点亮12个1W的大功率LED。 关键词:大功率LED 恒流驱动电源 开关电源 功率因数校正 OB2532芯片 Abstract: . LED drive power supply research can promote the LED by the mainstream in general lighting market. A good power supply is designed to drive will help to improve the luminous efficiency of LED, reduce the manufacturing cost of lighting products, this is the trend of The Times, because the LED lighting industry is persistently hot, one of the main driving factor is governments to energy conservation and environmental protection is becoming more and more attention and strong support of new energy industry. In recent years, high power LED because of its high efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection, long service life, high reliability advantages of winning is widely used in lighting field gradually, become a new generation of lighting source for the 21st century??[1]. In order to drive the high power LED, this paper designs a kind of based on the principle of isolation of the flyback type switch power supply, constant current driver. This design mainly includes the design of the flyback type switch power supply circuit, the choice and design of switch power supply transformer, power factor correction circuit and the design of the related to the protection of circuit design, using OB2532 PWM control.
