The results show that there is a longterm coin tegration relationship between producer service industry and its fourm ain influential factors. F inancial support and governm ent poli cies greatly prom ote the development of producer service industry. D ivis ion of labour and per cap ita incom e is s mi u lative, bu t the urban ization is the constraining factor of producer service industry. The post developm ent of producer service indus try needs further financial support, and favorab le policies to promote the level of division of labor and urban ization.
