题 目:排气管法兰冲模结构及加工工艺设计
摘要:
本设计选取制件为排气管法兰,材料为Q235,精度为IT11。本设计选用生产方案为使用落料冲孔复合模具进行加工。根据制件结构特点对冲压模具具体结构进行设计:首先分析了制件结构工艺性,选用有废料排样并做出横向送料斜排排样图,根据冲裁力选用压力机,确定了旋入式模柄、对角导柱模架、矩形垫板、矩形固定板、卸料板、空心垫板、矩形凹模板和橡胶的具体尺寸,选用刚性卸料装置利用气源将制件顶出,选用弹性卸料装置将条料卸下,选用刚性卸料装置使用带肩推杆将冲孔废料从孔中推出。
本设计使用AutoCAD绘制装配图和各零件图,使用UG对主要零件进行三维造型,最终得到一张装配图和六张零件图。

Title The Design of Structure and Manufacturing Technique of Stamping Die for Exhaust Pipe Flange
Abstract
The part designed is exhaust pipe flange whose material is Q235 and it’s accuracy is IT11.The production plan chosen used blanking and punching compound die to produce. The paper carried out the structural design of stamping die was according to structure of the part. Firstly, the structure of the part was analysized, and the blank layout was designed in which the blank was lateral. The press was chosen according to the blanking force. Then, the specific components were determined such as the die shank, the diagonal-pillar die set, the rectangular bolster plate, the rectangular die and punch plate, the stripper plate, the hollow bolster plate and the rubber . Fixed stripper device was selected to eject the part ejection using gas source. Spring stripper device was chosen to remove the stock while the ejection device using rigid shoulder ejector would eject the punching waste from the hole .This design used the software AutoCAD to draw the assembly drawing and the part drawings.
