基于触摸屏的绕线机交流伺服控制系统设计
摘 要: 绕线机是专供连续绕制多圈电位器绕阻的专用机床设备.本文介绍了采用PLC作为主控制机器,触摸屏作为操作界面,步进电机、伺服电机驱动的绕线机系统.描述了触摸屏的原理、分类和触摸屏人机界面的控制方式,完成了触摸屏人机界面设计.介绍了伺服电机控制系统及工作原理、伺服电机及其驱动器的选型,最终实现了基于触摸屏和PLC的伺服电机控制系统.该课题的研究目的是设计一个低成本、高速、可靠的绕线机伺服系统以代替原系统,论文给出整个系统的控制方案、主要部件的选型及成本核算.完成了触摸屏的应用程序设计和PLC伺服电机控制程序设计,基本实现了所要求的设计目标.

The Design of AC Servo Control System of Winding Machine Based on Touch Screen.
Abstract: The winding machine is a special equipment which can exclusively wound muliti-turn potentiometer winding continuously. Using the PLC as the main control machine, the touch screen as user interface, step motor, servo motor drive of the winding machine system was introduced in the article. The principle, classification of touch screen and the control style of touch screen human-machine interface was also described in detail. The human-machine interface design of touch screen was completed. The control system, working principle of servo motor and the selection of servo motor and its driving machine was also introduced in the article. Finally made the servo motor control system based on touch screen and PLC come true. The research purpose of the subject is to design a low-cost, high-speed, reliable servo system of winding machine to replace the original system, the article provide the control program, the selection of main components and cost accounting of the entire system. This article completed the application design of the touch screen and the control program design of PLC servo motor, basically realized the target of the design as required.
