NO在大豆与大豆花叶病毒互作过程中的变化特征及其功能初探的开题报告

摘要:

大豆花叶病毒(Soybeanmosaicvirus,SMV)是一种引起重要农作物大豆叶片病毒性病害的病毒。为了研究SMV与大豆的互作机制,本研究以大豆品种Williams82为材料,通过比较SMV感病(S)和抗病(R)品种的组织学、生化学以及分子生物学特征的变化,初步探讨SMV的致病机理和抗病机制。结果显示,SMV可导致大豆组织内MDA、CAT和POD三个抗氧化酶活性明显下降,丙二醛(MDA)含量和离子渗漏率明显上升,表明SMV感染引起了大豆细胞膜损伤和氧化应激反应,从而导致抗病性降低。在分子水平上,与健康大豆相比,SMV感染后,大豆NO含量明显升高,可参与一系列信号转导和抗病反应的调控。实验结果为研究SMV与大豆互作机制奠定了基础。

Abstract:

Soybeanmosaicvirus(SMV)isavirusthatcausessignificantviraldiseasesinsoybeanleaves.InordertostudytheinteractionmechanismbetweenSMVandsoybean,thisstudyusedthesoybeanvarietyWilliams82asthematerial.Bycomparingthehistological,biochemical,andmolecularbiologicalcharacteristicsofSMV-susceptible(S)andresistant(R)varieties,andpreliminarilyexploringthepathogenicmechanismanddiseaseresistanceofSMV.TheresultsshowedthatSMVcancausetheactivityofthreeantioxidantenzymesMDA,CAT,andPODtodecreasesignificantlyinsoybeantissues,andthecontentofmalondialdehyde(MDA)andionleakageratetoincreasesignificantly,indicatingthatSMVinfectioncausesdamagetosoybeancellmembranesandoxidativestressreaction,leadingtoadecreaseindiseaseresistance.Atthemolecularlevel,comparedwithhealthysoybean,afterSMVinfection,thecontentofNOinsoybeansignificantlyincreasedandcanparticipateinaseriesofsignaltransductionanddiseaseresistanceregulation.TheexperimentalresultshavelaidafoundationforthestudyoftheinteractionmechanismbetweenSMVandsoybean.
