中国——土耳其政府间科技合作项目（摘要） 发布单位：?中国科学院国际合作局 主要申请条件：（详见附件3）?? 1. 长期合作项目的期限不得超过3年,每个项目的访问交流活动原则上每年每方不得超过2个月。2.长期合作研究开发项目必须由两国的合作研究伙伴共同申报 , 并分别向两国的主管部门提交申请材料 ( 土方的申报部门为土耳其科研理事会国际合作司 )。 3. 申报长期合作研究开发项目的单位,须在项目申请表中注明研究资金的来源,而研究经费无保证的长期项目,不能列为政府间合作项目。 4.短期合作互访每次访问不超过10天。 5. 合作项目的征集领域：地震、农业、能源、信息技术、生物技术、材料技术、食品技术、卫生科学、和平利用空间技术。 6. 中国科技部将承担合作项目的人员交流费用(即旅费和食宿交通费),申报单位需通过其他途径获得合作项目所需的研究费用 申请流程: ? 1. 申报长期合作研究开发项目的单位需填写“APPLICATION FORM FOR CHINAMTURKEYJOINT RESEARCH PROGRAM”（见附件1）,申报短期访问项目的单位需填写“APPLICATION FORM FORSHORT-TERM VISIT”（见附件2）。2. 上述申请表仅提供英文申报表格,申报人需根据英文表格的各条目编写中文申报材料,请勿在电子版材料中涉及敏感信息,相关信息请在纸质材料中具体注明。 3.请将上述材料(中英文一式三份)于8月22日前交到科研处，并将电子版的项目建议书发至科研处邮箱：sci＠amss.ac.cn. 附件1. Present a critical and comparative summary of a literature survey justifying the work proposed.(up to 2 page) Scope-Specify the scope accurately referring to the objectives described. Method-Itemise the parameters to be studied and specify the method to be applied. Research Facilities-Explain in detail the research facilities(lab.etc.)of each team to conduct the work proposed. International Cooperation-Explain in detail the work items to be realized through international cooperation. Describe the roles to be played by each research team. Expected Results
