The wave of international transfer in the service sector， the service outsourcing industry has become a national participation in international division of labor service cooperation of important ways. China relies on labor costs and market size and other advantages， a large number of outsourced manufacturing services to undertake， and with labor costs rising， the transformation of economic growth， and thus to enhance Chinas position in the global production chain， a witch is an important issue to be resolved . This paper reviews the theory and literature， the outsourcing of services to undertake the countrys competition for theoretical analysis， the factors that affect outsourcing services. Then， using SWOT method of international service outsourcing to evaluate the competitive advantage.
