500 kV 变电站扩建工程设计方案分析

摘要:高新500 kV 变电站投运13年,经过多次扩建后,已突破原规划,再次扩建时向外征
地困难。本次工程主要设计任务是扩建高新变电站5 号主变压器,并在220 kV Ⅲ段、Ⅳ段母
线其中一段增加分段断路器,形成双母线单分段接线。经过方案比选,5 号主变压器布置在
原线路高压并联电抗器的位置,避免了征地;结合主变压器布置方案,500 kV 主变压器进线采
用HGIS (混合式气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备);220 kV 配电装置将原有旧间隔改造为本期新
增的220 kV 分段、母联、母线设备等间隔,5 号主变压器220 kV 进线采用GIL (气体绝缘金属
封闭输电线路)方式,节约占地,增加了可靠性。本次5 号主变压器扩建及220 kV 母线改造工
程设计方案技术合理,不对外征地,满足设计要求。

Analysis of Expansion Project Design Scheme in 500 kV Substation

Abstract :Gaoxin 500 kV substation has been put into operation for 13 years, after
several expansions, it has exceeded the original planning, the present situation of the
substation is extremely complex. It is difficult for land acquisition to reexpand outward.
The main design task is the expansion of the Gaoxin main transformer 5, and increasing
section switch in 220 kV busbar Ⅲ, busbar Ⅳ, forming double busbar single segment
wiring. After scheme comparison, main transformer 5 is decorated in the location of the
original line of high voltage shunt reactor, avoiding the land acquisition. Combined with the
main transformer layout, 500 kV main transformer inlet wire adoptes HGIS. For 220 kV
