• 临近渤海,易受水涝灾害和风暴潮的影响

• Environmental Constraints
– Dry climate, evaporation is about
3 times of rainfall, leading to
water resources shortage
– Entire water environment is poor:
Poor circulation, polluted water,
notably 2 sewage rivers in the
north and south boundaries
– Existing plant condition is
degraded, leading to low
biodiversity
– Soil salinization creates few
adaptive species and high cost of
planting
