110 kV 智能变电站模块化设计应用

摘要:沈荡110 kV 智能变电站应用了模块化设计方案,设计中采用装配式建构筑物,模
块化电气二次设备,预制式光缆、电缆等关键技术,建设中采用工厂化预制和现场安装相结
合,使变电站内结构更紧凑。该建设方案与传统建设方案相比,建筑面积减少了44% ,变电站
的建造工期缩短1/3 ,并且施工安装方便、节约人工,降低了工程造价,取得了良好的效益。

Application of 110 kV Smart Substation Modularized Design

Abstract :The modularization scheme is applicated in Shendang 110 kV intelligent
substation. The key technologies, such as assembly building, modular electrical secondary
equipment and prefabricated light/cable are adopted in the design. In the construction, the
combination of factory prefabrication and on-site installation make the substation structure
more compact. Compared with the traditional construction scheme, the construction area is
reduced by 44% , and the construction period of the substation is shortened by 1/3. The
construction and the installation are convenient, the labor is saved, the project cost is
reduced, and the good efficiency is achieved.
